Client Success Specialist
About the role:
Reasn Technologies is an early stage startup looking to cease the 900B+ home improvement/ home services industry in the United States. We are looking for a strong, organized & motivated individual to help us grow our tech startup.
As we ramp up operations, a client success specialist would managing the onboarding workflow, be responsible for successful execution of the concierge service (planning & organizing client itinerary for simplicity & ease), and data entry. A strong candidate would be able to manage a social media presence.
Day-to-day, a client success specialist would need strong people skills – helping business owners adapt to the platform and assistant clients thought their homeownership journey.
Someone well versed in Home Buying, local community services, planning & organizing would be perfect for this role. This is an opportunity to get into a tech startup at the beginning of its growth journey.
What You’ll do:
- Create Scalable Solutions, strategize & innovate. Bring big ideas to the table.
- Collaborate, Work with external stakeholders to drive business growth on the platform.
- Own your results, have a REASN to care.
- Think Critically, and be precise with your estimates. Startups deal with lots of incomplete & imperfect information.
- Be Resilient, don’t let a failure stop you in your tracks. Keep iterating and find a solution that works.
Basic/preferred qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications: Experience in Real Estate, Homebuying, Mortgage/ Insurance/ Home Renovation, Data Entry, Account Management, Onboarding & Social Media.
- Motivated, organized, data oriented, creative, analytical & strategic
- Strong Communication & people skills. Organization & Planning too.
